WHY DO WE ONLY ROAST ON LORINGS?

Loring roasters also benefit from a closed-loop system, meaning the process is almost entirely automatic and self-regulating. Lorings recirculate the heat, requiring less energy to reach ideal roasting temperatures. This results in more Fresh Roasted Coffee and less wasted coffee.

NITROGEN FLUSH

Coffee starts to lose its freshness right after roasting. To combat this and extend the life of your coffee, we use nitrogen flushing. Nitrogen is a naturally occurring, non-reactive, food-safe gas that’s heavier than air. It forces out flavor-stealing oxygen before sealing each bag tight.
